Two Postdoctoral Positions on Wireless Communications

The UWB Wireless Communications Research Center at Inha University, Korea invites applications from postdoctoral candidates (starting from September 2015) in the area of wireless communications. This position is initially for one year, extendable based on the performance.

The UWB Wireless Communications Research Center, directed by Prof. Kyung-Sup Kwak (School of Information and Communication Engineering, Inha University), presently working for the following research projects:
  • Next Generation Mobile Communications: Efficient Resource and Interference Management, HetNet Design, ADMA, and D2D Communications.
  • Nano Communication and Networks:  Nano-BAN and WBAN, and Nano IoT.
  • Next Generation IoT: New Applications and Services, Framework Design, Device Discovery Protocols, Security Architecture, Internet of Nano-Things, etc.

Qualification
Applicants are generally expected to hold a PhD with an excellent track record of research in a field related to wireless communications and to have an interest in nanobio sensors, and biomedical engineering. In particular, candidate should have expertise in at least one of the followings:
  • Radio communications on signal processing, systems and networks (PHY, MAC and Network layers).
  • Nano communications (Molecular/THz  EM) (possibly with some background of Nano devices or Bio-medical engineering)

Salary
About USD 2500 Monthly
